Pulsed Power Mission Statement
Pulsed power is finding applications in fusion, defense, material science, space science, safe nuclear source development, biological sciences, medicine, and health science. The UNLV Pulsed power Laboratory in the College of Engineering is dedicated to the study of the interaction of pulsed power with materials. The term “material” covers a broad area of fields including animate and inanimate objects in a solid, liquid and/or gas form.
